Privacy Policy
Who we are
Squeeze London (“we”, “us” or “our”) runs squeezelondon.com, a London travel and lifestyle website. We’re the data controller for any personal information collected through the website, which means we decide how and why it’s used.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers the website only. If you use the Squeeze London app, the app’s own privacy policy applies.
If you have any questions about this policy or your personal information, email us at info@squeezelondon.com.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use them to keep the website working, understand how it’s used, show adverts and track affiliate referrals.

Apart from essential cookies, we only use cookies with your consent. When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject them. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link on the website, and you can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.
Advertising
Adverts on the website are managed by Journey by Mediavine, a third-party advertising company. Mediavine and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to this and other websites, so they can show you adverts that are relevant to you and measure how those adverts perform. You can control this through our cookie banner.
Who we share your information with
We only share personal information with trusted service providers who help us run the website, and only as much as they need. These include:
- our website hosting provider, which stores the website and its data
- our email marketing provider, which sends our newsletter
- Google, for website analytics
- Journey by Mediavine and its advertising partners, for adverts
- Travelpayouts and its partners, for affiliate tracking
- spam protection services, which screen comments
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our readers or the website.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. When your information is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it’s protected by appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement and standard contractual clauses approved by the UK government.
How long we keep your information
We only keep personal information for as long as we need it:
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, after which we remove your details from our mailing list.
- Enquiries: for up to two years after we last hear from you, in case you get back in touch.
- Comments: for as long as the comment appears on the website. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
- Analytics and advertising data: for the periods set by Google, Mediavine and our other partners, which are explained in their own privacy policies.
